Most advice out there is written for people with predictable 9–5 schedules. Shift workers are often left to figure things out alone, exhausted and overwhelmed.

My Story
My name is Troy and I’m a Registered Nurse working rotating shifts in a busy inner-city emergency department. I’ve worked nights, days, turnarounds, and everything in between.
I know exactly what it feels like to:

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, years of clinical experience, and a deep interest in sleep science, health and wellness, I began researching and learning what actually works for shift workers:
